pP{70w}



pP{70w} is a small vector for P element-mediated germline transformation. We have not yet used this vector in transformation. However, two other labs have reported problems obtaining transformants. We haven't determined what the source of this difficulty is. We have used this hsp70::white cDNA in other constructs, and it works well in our hands.
